Cortices Technique

The simple Cortices Technique is one of the core techniques of the BodyTalk System.

​The Cortices Technique can be done by anyone at anytime to help reduce overall stress in the body. From a less stressed place the body is more capable of tuning into and addressing its own needs for health and wellness.

​If you are receiving regular BodyTalk sessions, the Cortices Technique is a great way to support the work between sessions. If you currently don't have a need for regular BodyTalk sessions, the Cortices Technique is an excellent self-maintenance and preventative technique. ​
